Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Fixtra (“Fixtra,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Fixtra app and website. By using Fixtra, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Fixtra.
Who can use Fixtra
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fixtra. If you are under 18, you may use Fixtra only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.
What Fixtra is — and isn't
Fixtra helps athletes discover college soccer programs and prepare to reach out to them. We work hard to show information that is verified and drawn from public, official sources, and we deliberately leave a field blank rather than guess when we can’t verify it.
That said, please understand:
- Fixtra is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the NCAA, any conference, or any college or university.
- School details, coach information, and contact details can change. We don't guarantee that everything is complete, current, or error-free — always confirm important details on a school's official site before you act.
- Fixtra is not recruiting, admissions, eligibility, financial, or legal advice. Decisions about recruiting and college are yours to make.
- Using Fixtra does not guarantee any recruiting outcome, coach response, roster spot, admission, or scholarship.
Your account
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you sign in with your email address and a password you choose. You’re responsible for keeping your password and your email secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your profile links and public page
Fixtra gives you two ways to show your profile to someone. One is a coach link with a long, random address that you send to a specific coach. The other is a public page at a fixtra.pro address you choose yourself — the kind of link that goes in a bio. That address is guessable, so treat the page as open to anyone. You are responsible for what you put on it, everything on it is what you typed rather than anything Fixtra has verified, and it should not contain information about anyone else.
Some rules come with it:
- Addresses are first-come. Some are reserved, and we refuse ones that read as a school or program, or that read as a full name other than your own. Those checks catch the obvious cases rather than every case, so the rule still stands on its own: don't take an address to pass yourself off as someone else. We may reclaim one used that way.
- Claiming an address is a Premium feature. If a subscription lapses you keep the address and the link keeps working, but the page shows less until Premium is back on.
- Whether search engines may list your page is your choice, starts off, and is also unavailable if your graduation year is missing or more than four years out. Once a page has been listed we can't erase the copies search engines make, so turning it back off stops us asking to be listed and nothing more.
- Publishing your email or phone number on the page is your choice and starts off. It isn't offered at all until we have a graduation year for you, or if that year is more than four years out, and turning it on turns search listing off — the two can't both be live.
- A published page always keeps at least one way for a coach to reach you, so some combinations of these settings aren't available.
You can take your page down at any time. We may also take one down if it violates these Terms.
If your page carries the message form, anyone who opens it can write to you. Fixtra does not verify who they are, so a sender’s name and school are claims rather than facts — confirm them yourself before you act on one. You can archive a message you have received but not delete it, so that a message used to harass someone survives the moment it arrives; it goes when your account does. If you are the one sending a message, what you type is stored and shown to the athlete, and you agree not to misrepresent who you are or what program you are with.
Using Fixtra responsibly
When using Fixtra, you agree not to:
- Provide information that is false, misleading, or not yours to share.
- Use the coach-outreach tools, or the message form on an athlete's page, to send spam, harassing, or deceptive messages.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from Fixtra, or try to access data that isn't yours.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the security of the service.
- Use Fixtra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for any outreach you send to coaches or schools and for following their contact guidelines and any applicable recruiting rules.
Intellectual property
Fixtra — including its software, design, and original content — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Fixtra for your own recruiting. School names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. The recruiting information you enter remains yours.
Disclaimers
Fixtra is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown is complete or accurate. You use Fixtra at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixtra and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or recruiting outcomes, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Fixtra at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access to Fixtra if these Terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or other users. Some provisions — like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive after your use ends.
Changes to Fixtra and these Terms
Fixtra is actively evolving, so features may change, be added, or be removed. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to highlight them. Continuing to use Fixtra after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
